On Friday, Feb. I the Tama-Toledo Ministerial Association held their first annual appreciation dinner for the firefighters and EMS personal Of south Tama County. Firefighters and EMS personal from Toledo, Tama, Montour and Elberon were in attendance.
Musical entertainment was provided by Storm Seymour, Clyde Purk and Josh Grimes.
The meal was prepared by Brenda Youngbear. A lettuce salad with a choice of meats, ham or chicken, with mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans was served with cake for dessert.

The funds were left over from first annual Appreciation Dinner for South Tama area firefighters and EMS?personnel hosted by the Ministerial Association on Feb. 1.
Funding for the event along with door prizes were provided by many local area businesses.
Each fireman and EMS person was offered a Bible and every woman was given a wooden rose.
