Before Judge Robert E. Sosalla in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Julio Cesar Razo-Aguilar, 20, Sauk Center, Minn., pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He received a deferred judgement, was assessed a $315 civil penalty and placed on self-supervised probation. He must pay a $300 supervisory fee.

Razo-Aguilar was charged on Oct. 4, 2012, for being in possession of a green, leafy substance while in s 2004 model Cadillac in Tama County by Deputy Sheriff Craig Karr.

Cory Adam Levesque, 19, Tama, pled guilty to manufacture delivery or possession with intent to manufacture marijuana. He received a deferred judgment was placed on probation for three years to the 6th Judicial District Department of Correctional Services. Levesque was directed to pay a $750 civil penalty and a probation enrollment fee.

He was charged on Dec. 14, 2011, with possession with intent to deliver when in a vehicle which was stopped for a welfare check on a passenger. Court records state a weapon was in plain view in the vehicle and six individually wrapped plastic bags containing a green, leafy substance were found on the front seat near Levesque. The charge was field by Tama Police Officer Jason Bina.
