Before Judge Robert E. Sosalla in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Heather Marie Moody, 33, Dysart, received a deferred sentence on a 3rd degree criminal mischief charge. She pled guilty earlier on Jan. 31. She was assessed a $625 civil penalty and placed on probation for two years to the 6th Judicial District Department of Correctional Services.

Moody was charged after intentionally driving her vehicle into two parked vehicles belonging to her ex-husband following a civil dispute according to court records. Records state while in the process of ramming one of the vehicles it was pushed into a garage causing structural damage. A bicycle belonging to her son was also run over during the incident. A restitution hearing is set for April 5.

Wesley Robert Lloyd, 23, Cedar Rapids, pled guilty to gathering where a controlled substance is available. He was fined $315.

He was charged on March 13, 2012, by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police Officer Sarah Duncan.

Sean Eric Keahna Jr., 24, rural Montour, pled guilty to driving while barred.

He was fined $625.

Keahna was charged on Nov. 18, 2012, at the junction of Business Highway 30 and U.S. Highway 63 by Toledo Police Officer Brian Randall.

Chad DeWayne Webber, 18, Cedar Rapids, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He received a deferred judgement, was directed to pay a $315 civil penalty and was placed on probation for one year to the Department of Correctional Services,

Court records state Webber admitted to officers he had smoked marijuana while at an apartment at 124 North Broadway in Toledo. The charge was filed by Toledo Police Officer Jeremiah Mussman.

Dominick Joseph Hudson, 40, Waterloo, pled guilty to 3rd degree theft. He was fined $625.

Hudson was accused of writing a series of insufficient fund checks between Sept. 3 and 24 to the Meskwaki Bingo Casino, rural Tama totaling $3,300. The charge was filed by Meskwaki Tribal Police Officer, Casino Division, Scott Brammer on Dec. 6, 2012.
