Before Judge Stephen B. Jackson Jr. in Tama County District Court in Toledo:
Steven Dale McIntyre, 48, Gladbrook, pled guilty to charges of public intoxication and 3rd degree harassment. He was fined $65 on each charge and sentenced to suspended, 30-day jail terms.
McIntyre was originally charged on Sept. 17, 2012, with 3rd offense public intoxication - enhanced after allegedly being found passed out outside of his apartment by Tama County Sheriff's deputies. They were responding to a call reporting someone trying to enter another apartment in the 400 block of 2nd Street in Glad brook.

McIntyre was cited in a County Attorney's information filed on Sept. 21 with 2nd degree harassment for allegedly threatening bodily injury to Deputy Sheriff Joe Quandt.
Danny Lee Vodochodsky, 69, rural Tama, entered a written guilty pleas to assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. He received a deferred judgement, was placed on unsupervised probation and directed to pay a $315 civil penalty.
Vodochodsky was charged on Sept. 29 by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police Officer Sarah Dunkin.
Ernest Eugene Sam Jr., 31, Toledo, pled guilty to 5th degree theft. In a plea agreement a charge of 4th degree theft was dismissed.
He was charged on March 15 and again on March 16 with 4th degree theft for writing bad checks totaling $225 and $228 to Fareway Grocery, Toledo, by Toledo Police Chief Jeff Harnish.
Sam was fined $625 and directed to pay $492 restitution to Fareway.
