Braley to Present Jack Taylor, Grinnell Basketball Player, with Congressional Record

Taylor Set NCAA Record with 138 points in a Single Game

Washington, D.C. Rep. Bruce Braley (D-IA-01) will be in Grinnell on January 24th, to present Jack Taylor, a Grinnell College sophomore, with a copy of the Congressional Record. Braley spoke on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives on November 28th about Taylor's outstanding game for Grinnell College.

On November 20th, 2012, Taylor scored an astounding 138 points for the Grinnell Pioneers against Faith Baptist College. This set a NCAA record as the all-time highest scoring game for one player in a single game.
