Nov. 27

3:30 p.m.- Derrale Chauntae Magee, 33, Tama arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on a charge of violation of a no contact order and on a warrant by Tama Police.

6:40 p.m.- Brenton James Walker, 31, rural Montour, arrested in the 200 block of Northwood Drive, rural Tama, on Tribal Court order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Nov. 30 at 10:30 a.m. on Tribal Court sentence.

Nov. 30

3:15 p.m.- Nolan Durrell Walker, 26, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Deerfield Crossing, rural Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6:30 p.m.- Larry Lee Catherwood, 49, rural Garwin, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and F Avenue on a charge of driving while barred by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 8:35 p.m. on surety bond.

Juvenile arrested by Toledo Police. No other information was provide in the Press Arrest Log.

Dec. 1

7:13 a.m.- Dylan Shawn Ward, 19, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of South Broadway on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police. Released at 7:36 p.m. on surety bond.

9:30 a.m.- Roy Lee Taladay, 42, Des moines, arrested at the Grinnell Police department on a charge of 3rd degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 7 p.m. on surety bond.

11 a.m.- Rudy Lambert Papakee, 37, rural Toledo, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and Red Earth Drive on a charge of driving while license revoked by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 12:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Juvenile arrested by Toledo Police. No other information was provide in the Press Arrest Log.

Dec. 2

3:17 a.m.- Francisco Garcia-Cervantes, 52, Tama, arrested in he 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6 a.m.- Amanda Jean Short, 22, Toledo arrested at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center on charges of possession of controlled substance in a premise, dwelling or vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of neglect of a dependent person by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 3 at 11 a.m.

6:17 a.m.- Joshua Dale Todd, 25, Toledo, arrested at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center on charges of possession of controlled substance in a premise, dwelling or vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of neglect of a dependent person by Toledo Police.

8 p.m.- Juan Francisco Ascencio, 46, LeGrand, arrested in he 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of disorderly conduct and interference with official acts by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 3 at 10:20 a.m. on unsecured bond.
