Before Judge Nancy A. Baumgartner in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Jeffrey John Stoneking, 33, Traer, received concurrent, three-year deferred sentences on four counts of 3rd degree burglary on Nov. 30. He pled guilty on Oct. 11.

He was placed on probation for three years, assessed a $750 civil penalty on each charge, directed to pay a $300 probation enrollment fee and to complete a substance abuse evaluation. Stoneking was also directed to pay $5,085 restitution to the victim.

He was charged after a surveillance camera set up in a Gladbrook residence showed him in the house on multiple occasion. each time, hydrocodene tablets, cash or merchandise was missing according to the compliant. The incidents occurred over a period from Aug. 18, 2011 to March 16, 2012. The original charge was field by the Tama county Sheriff's Office. Additional charges, making a total of seven for 3rd degree burglary, were added in a County Attorney's information filed on April 27.

Sina Rae Justice Baker, 18, Winnebago, Neb., pled guilty to assault causing bodily injury. She was fined $315.

Baker was charged in a Tama County Attorney's Information filed on Oct. 19 of assaulting juvenile correctional staff member Peter Walvott.

Terry Le Holubar, 50, Marshalltown, pled guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000.

Holubar was charged on Aug. 12 on U.S. Highway 30 at F Avenue by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Joe Quandt.
