UPDATED: Police captured a wanted person just before 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, on West Summit Street in Toledo. A Toledo ambulance has been summoned - a Tazar was reported deployed in the apprehension.
EARLIER: Toledo Police are being assisted by Tama Police and the Tama County Sheriff's Office attempting to apprehend a wanted person on South Broadway. A foot chase was underway at 3:53 p.m.
