Open houses, parade, more at T-n-T Holiday Explosion Sunday

Tama-Toledo Area Chamber of Commerce businesses will be hosting open houses this Sunday, Nov. 25, to welcome in the holiday season.

Check out Chamber businesses for happenings from 1-4 p.m.

A great seasonal holiday movie, The Polar Express, is free at the Wieting Theatre. It will be shown beginning at 1 p.m. and best of all, admission is free courtesy of Pioneer Hi-Bred.

Santa Claus is making a special stop in Toledo on Sunday, Nov. 25, and will be at the Toledo Community Building for pictures from 3-5 p.m.

From 3-5 p.m., there's pictures with Santa at the Toledo Community?Building.

A chilli supper will be served at the Community Building from 4-5:30 p.m. with proceeds to benefit the STC?Dance Team.

The annual Lighting of the Trees on the Tama County Courthouse Square is set for 5:45 p.m. Thousands of lights sponsored by Toledo and Tama area businesses and professional people make the square a true Winter wonderland

At 6 p.m. the Grand Lighted Holiday Parade makes its way through downtown Toledo.
