Before Judge Nancy A. Baumgartner in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Casey James Meyer, 28, Toledo pled guilty to four counts of child endangerment. He was fined $625 on each charge and sentenced to suspended, two-year prison terms. He was placed on self-supervised probation for two years and directed to pay a $300 probation supervisory fee.

Meyer was charged on Sept. 22 for acting in a manner which risks a child's safety by being destructive to the interior of a residence in the 200 block of East State Street, Toledo. The charge was field by Toledo Police Officer an Quigley

Elizabeth Farr, 20, Traer, pled guilty to a charge of 1st offense drunken driving. She was granted a deferred judgement, was assessed a $1,250 civil penalty and directed to complete drinking drivers school. She was placed on self-supervised probation and is to pay a $300 probation enrollment fee.

Farr was charged on Sept. 16 in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 63 by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Lucas Dvorak.

Daniel Thomas Jefferson Jr., 21, Toledo, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He was fined $315 and sentenced to 14 days in jail to be served concurrently with probation revocation sentences in connection with previous burglary and related charges.

Jefferson was cited in the 200 block of South Church Street on July 16 by Toledo Police Officer Dan Quigley.

Tessa Nichole Morgan, 42, Cedar Rapids, pled guilty to 2nd offense drunken driving. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, fined $1,875 and placed on self-supervised probation. She was directed to pay a $300 probation supervisory fee.

Morgan was charged on July 16 in the 100 block of West U.S. Highway 30 by Toledo Police Officer Dan Quigley.

DakotaLawrence Kvidera, 20, Traer, pled guilty to 1st offense drunken driving. He received a deferred sentence, was fined $1,250 of which the court waived $625 of the amount and was placed on self-supervised probation. He was directed to pay a $300 probation supervisory fee.

Kvidera was charged on June 30 at U.S. Highway 63 and Iowa Highway 96 by Tama County deputy Sheriff Joe Quandt.

Nichole Sarah Hitchcock, 37, Toledo, pled guilty to 1st offense drunken driving. She received a deferred judgement, was assessed a $1,250 civil penalty and placed on self supervised probation. She was directed to pay a $300 probation supervisor fee and to complete drinking drivers school.

Hitchcock was charged on Oct. 7 in the 300 block of East Washington Street in Toledo by Toledo Police Officer Dan Quigley.
