Eva Ruth Bell, 67, Tama, passed away Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Carrington Place of Toledo under the care of Iowa River Hospice. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, at 10:30 a.m. at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home in Tama. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Tama. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 7, from 6-8 p.m. at Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home.
Eva was born on Sept. 19, 1945, in Sperry, Iowa, the daughter of Carl Edward and Mildred ((McGhghy) Gulich.
On Oct.10, 1992, she was united in marriage to Roger Bell at the Bethesda Chapel in Toledo. She worked 15 years at Marshalltown Medical Center in the laundry department. Eva was a member of the Gladbrook American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, making dolls, and puzzle books.

Preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, Floyd and Elmer (Dottie) Mitchell.
Survivors include her husband, Roger,Tama; her children, Thomas Edward Steele, Toledo, Kristine Bell, Grinnell, and Keith (Tami Willmann) Bell, Mason City; nine grandchildren, Alexis and Haley Hanus, Ashley Steele, Austin and Tyler Bell, Bane Sloss, Morgan Willmann, Logan and Katilynn Hershey; two sisters, Carol Gulick, Neodesha, Kan., and Ellie Zuel of Osawatamie, Kan.; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established.
