Before Magistrate Ann Kuhter:

Dale Wayne Probasco, 59, Toledo, was found guilty following trial for allowing a dog to run at large. He was fined and assessed court costs totaling $148. The charge was filed by Toledo Police.

Tyler Dale Walz, 18, Toledo, failed to appear for trial and was adjudged guilty of driving while license suspended. He was fined and assessed court costs totaling $398. The Tama County Sheriff's Office filed the charge.
