South Tama Ag students await with wagons while a combine picks beans on school land west of the South Tama elementary School on Tuesday, Oct. 9. The soybean yield was 35 bushels per acre on the 33 acres planted reports Terri Guenther-Mayer, Ag instructor. Rain stopped the harvest Tuesday afternoon, but it was wrapped up on Wednesday.
