Before Judge Paul D. Miller in Tama County District Court in Toledo:
Nathan Samuel Buffalo, 28, Toledo, pled guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $625.
Buffalo was charged on April 13 in the 300 block of B Street in Toledo by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Joe Quandt.

MerlinForrest Choneska Jr., 38, rural Tama pled guilty to 3rd offense public intoxication. He was fined $625, received a suspended, 30-day jail sentence and was placed on self-supervised probation.
Choneska was charged on April 26 at Jiffy North in Toledo by Toledo Police Chief Bob Kendall.
