Jeremy Lee Burgess, 25, Marshalltown, pled guilty to eluding a law enforcement vehicle. He received a deferred judgment, was assessed a $625 civil penalty and placed on supervised probation for two years.
Burgess was charged on Aug. 25 by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police Officer Mike German. The location of the offense was not available in the court record.
Tracy Dianne Randol, 44, rural Toledo, pled guilty to 1st offense drunken driving. She was sentenced to four days in jail, fined $1,250 and directed to complete a drinking drivers program.
Randol was charged on July 18 in the 100 block of Business Highway 30 West by Toledo Police Chief Bob Kendall.
Dustin Jay Boerm, 29, Toledo, pled guilty to 1st offense drunken driving. He received a deferred judgement and was directed to pay a $1,250 civil penalty and to complete drinking drivers school. The court reserved the right to waive $625 of the penalty amount if proof of installation of an ignition interlock device is received.
Boerm was charged on June 10 in the 2800 block of P Avenue by Tama County Deputy Sheriff Michael Wright.
