The excitement is growing! The Gold Wing Motorcycles are polished, gassed and ready to parade. Bring your lawn chairs and come watch the parade of motorcycles, the lighting on many of these is like nothing you will see at any other time.
The parade will take place on Friday, Sept. 28th starting at 7:45 p.m. leaving from the Tama Civic Center on 3rd and Siegel. The motorcycles will follow Siegel to 5th St in Tama. Turn Right on Siegel to McClellan and then North (left) on McClellan to the Tama-Toledo City Limits. The Tama Police Department will escort the motorcycles along this route for your enjoyment.
At the City Limits (McClellan and Broadway) the Toledo Police Department will meet the motorcycles and escort them along Broadway to High Street, turning Left on High St. past the Courthouse and continuing on High Street to Highway 63 where the parade of motorcycles will turn left onto Highway 63 to the junction of 63 and Business 30. After turning on Business 30 they will proceed to Prospect Drive and turn left on Prospect Drive and proceed to Carrington Place Care facility for the enjoyment of the residents.

The Residents of Carrington Place have the honor of choosing the motorcycle they believe to have the best light display. The owner of this motorcycle will be presented with a certificate at closing ceremonies on Saturday declaring them the winner of the Light Show. The residents will be given an angel on a motorcycle lapel pin for their participation in our motorcycle Light Show.
The motorcycles that will be in the "Light Show" at Carrington Place are the ones that have extraordinary lighting on their motorcycles. Some of these lights even dance to music and are multi-colored.
