Suzanne Dashner, 59, Cedar Rapids, pled guilty to 5th degree theft. She was granted a deferred sentence and directed to immediately pay $242 restitution to Fareway, Toledo, for three bad checks and court costs. Dashner was placed on self-probation. Toledo Police filed the charge.
Caleb Wesley Burk, 27, Chariton, pled guilty to public intoxication. Fine and court costs $148. Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police filed the charge.
