A Chelsea woman was injured Thursday morning following a multi-vehicle accident which ended in the State Bank of Toledo parking lot on South County Road (U.S. Highway 63.) Toledo Police Chief Bob Kendall said Beatrice Dvorak, 84, was transported by Toledo ambulance to Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center. Police said she apparently pulled into the path of the a southbound semi trailer truck and was struck at the 2nd Avenue intersection. Her car then hit a curb, travelled across grass frontage and the bank parking lot before striking and coming to rest against an unoccupied parked car and a bank entrance sign. Investigation was continuing.
