The Ike's Tract shooting range west of Toledo re-opened under new rules on Aug. 3.
Persons who want to use the range must sign up to do so an pay a fee.
In return, they will get a key and range use card. The fee will be $40 and will cover the period from Aug. 3, 2012 to Dec. 31, 2013.
