No. 1- The motorcade with the bus carrying President Obama heads up U.S. Highway 63 through Toledo late Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 14, en route to a Waterloo campaign appearance. It was the second pass through Tama County on Tuesday for the President who was on a three-day bus tour of Iowa.
