Items needed for film in Clutier

August 19, 2012
Toledo Chronicle, Tama News-Herald

Wardrobe items are needed for filming of "Home for Heroes" being shot in Clutier. Cecilia Podhajsky says women's and men's clothing from the early 40's, before 1943, and any accessory items, purses, flasks (for the men), etc. will be used in the film. Dresses are to be a sepia tone (browns, tans, dull golds, taupes) NO whites, red, or bright colors. Women's shoes from that period are in need also. Anyone who has clothing and would be willing to loan them (they may be altered to fit), is asked to please call Cecilia at 319-478-2947.

Also, there is need of sewing items for the wardrobe department. Donations of thread, needles, armpit dress shields, shoulder pads, hemming tape, tape or sew in labels, heel guards for shoes, mild detergent, febreeze, lint rollers, static guard and stain removers.

Items such as an iron, steamer, garment bags, hangers and rolling clothes racks that can be borrowed and returned when movie is finished would be appreciated.

Anyone who sews alot and may have some extra items that they would care to donate, can call Cecilia at 319-478-2947 or call Paula Rohach at Thys Chevy, Toledo 641-484-3502.
