July 26

1:45 p.m.- Aaron William Mason, 41, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff's Office on a warrant for failure to appear by the Sheriff's Office. Released on July 26 at 3:35 p.m. on surety bond.

1:52 a.m.- Joseph Manuel Ortiz, 27, Tama ,arrested in the 600 block of Wilson Street on charges of assault without intent and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on July 28 at 12:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 29

7:16 p.m.- Michelle Renee Hoag, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of W. 3rd Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on July 30 at 10:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 30

7:20 p.m.- Troy Donovan Roberts, 50, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 31 at 9:55 a.m. by Tribal Court.

July 31

10:30 a.m.- Lester Tobias Lasley, 35, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road for Tribal Court by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 2:10 p.m. by Tribal Court.

8 p.m.- Matthew Ellias Sanache, 33, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of West Quail Road by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Aug. 2

2:19 a.m.- Jason Randall Himschoot, 30, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of North Street, Traer, on charges of domestic abuse assault - 3rd or subsequent offense, two counts of violation of a no contact / protective order, interference with official acts - bodily injury and obstructing emergency telephone call.

8:30 a.m.- William Allen Lawton, 44, rural Dysart, arrested in the 1700 block of T Avenue on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

9:15 a.m.- Sheldon Ward Whipp, 47, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino for Tribal Court and on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Aug. 3

12:16 a.m.- Rickey Iseton, 47, Oskaloosa, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.
