Flags fly in observance of Indpendence Day on the campus of the Iowa Juvenile Home / State Training School for Girls in Toledo. The avenue of flags is posted on the circle drive and on an honorary walkway. Many people from current Iowa Juvenile / State Training School employees back to graduates of Western College on the campus setting are recognized.
