Each team takes an extensive written test over all books they were assigned. The top five teams with the highest scores in the written test round then qualify for the oral testing round. South Tama made it to the final round and was the only school to accomplish a perfect score in oral questioning round.

These students put in a great deal of hard work to win this competition. This is a tremendous achievement for our students, school and community.

Fact Box

"I am very proud of these girls. We beat 25 teams in this academic competition."
