Letter to the Editor:
(Also posted on the tamatoledonews.com website as a response to a comment on the report of the Toledo City?Council meeting concerning police. Included in The News-Herald at the request of the author.)
DearCentraliowaman; You need to get your facts straight before you accuse my police chief of having his own agenda. It wasn't his idea to have just one police chief it was mine.
Secondly I was the one that brought it up with the Toledo Mayor and suggested that we keep separate police departments but one chief. I guess that the signs at both ends of Tama and Toledo that say growing together doesn't apply for you.
It's people like you that keep the towns from not growing together, and working together. It's time to grow up and face the facts that in order to grow we need to work together not fight and back stab each other.
