Before Judge Patrick R. Grady in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Kenneth Ryan Ladley, 25, Malcom, pled guilty to 2nd offense drunken driving. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $1,875.

Ladley may complete the OWI 2nd Weekend Course at Des Moines Area Community College in lieu of serving four days of the jail sentence.

He was charged on Nov. 19, 2011, at the Duffus Bridge on 360th Street by Iowa Conservation Officer Brett Reece.

Jeffrey Lynn Baker, 47, Webster City, entered a written guilty plea to 1st offense drunken driving.

He was sentenced to seven days in jail with all but two days suspended and placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Baker was assessed a $1,250 fine of which one-half may be waived if he provides proof of obtaining a temporary restricted driver's license. He also was directed to complete a drinking drivers course.

Baker was charged at the U.S. 30 Expressway 202 exit in Toledo on Jan. 14 by Tama County Deputy Sheriff David Rangel.
