Tama County Jail Bookings & Arrests

Jan. 27

10:38 p.m.- Jennifer Lynn Glaspie, 40, Waterloo, arrested at an un-noted location on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

10:43 p.m.- Stanislav Kukhaenkov, 19, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1300 block of U.S. Highway 30 on a charge of driving while suspended by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

1:34 a.m.- Kiedis Dayton Old Bear, 19, rural Tama, arrested at an un-noted location on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office, and on charges of going armed with intent, domestic abuse assault with intent and child endangerment by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Jan. 28

9:40 a.m.- Bernard Eugene Upah, 83, Chelsea, arrested at the Sheriff's Office on a charge of 2nd degree sexual abuse and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 11:13 a.m. after posting cash bond.

6 p.m.- Erick Manuel Acosta-Solomon, 25, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Jail in Toledo on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of possession of fraudulent document by Tama Police.

9 p.m.- Randy Dean Battin, 34, Norwalk, arrested in the 400 block of 2nd Street on charges of consumption / public intoxication 2nd offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a controlled usbstance-D felony, possession of a controlled substance- C felony and possession of a controlled substance- aggravated misdemeanor by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on Jan. 31 at 2:30 p.m. on surety bond.
