South Tama will be facing off against traditional rival Grinnell and some other old foes in the 2012 and 2013 football seasons.

The Trojans focus shifts from east to west in the realignments released on Jan. 17 by the Iowa High School Athletic Association. Schools are assigned to districts for two-year periods.

Some familiar other squads are also on the schedule in Class 3A District 4 including Saydel, Newton and Boone.
