Probation was revoked on Nov. 22 for Ward Harold Wehrman, 44, Toledo, who was sentenced to serve five years in prison.
A complaint filed by a 6th Judicial District probation - parole officer on May 27 was acted upon by Tama County District Court Judge Robert E. Sosalla. Wehrman admitted violating the terms of probation.
Wehrman was serving three years probation on 2009 charges of possession of morphine, 3rd or greater offense and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

On May 26 of this year, he allegedly assaulted a woman in Tama then went to Malcom and stole a semi tanker truck. He returned to Toledo, struck two house trailers at Arrowhead Mobile Home Park and then fled.
Tama County Sheriff's deputies and Toledo Police apprehended Wehrman at a rural location near Garwin later that night.
He has been held in jail since. Wehrman was recently transferred from the Tama County jail in Toledo to the Poweshiek County jail where he also faces charges stemming from the May spree.
Based upon charges of domestic abuse, enhanced, 3rd or subsequent offense, 1st degree criminal mischief, going armed with intent, drunken driving and possession of stolen property filed in connection with the incidents of May 25, the probation revocation order was originally sought.
