“I’m excited about helping people find their home and search for that property they’ve always dreamed of,” Currier said of her new position. She plans to be available primarily on evenings and weekends to assist both buyers and sellers with real estate needs.
Currier plans to continue to operate her long-time, registered Just Kiddin’ Around Day Care from her home during daytime hours on Monday-Friday.
Jane is no stranger to real estate. While growing up in Tama, her parents, Ed and Mary Ann Upah, bought and sold a number of residential properties and owned rental homes.
“This amounted to quite a number of property exchanges over the years,” Jane said.
Now, Jane says, “I’m here to serve all your real estate needs. Feel free to give me a call whether you are buying or selling. I’d love to help find the right property for the right client.”
Jane is a 1979 graduate of South Tama High School and graduated from Marshalltown Community College.
She has two children, Jesse and Katie Gerlach and three grandchildren, Conner and Kennedy Gerlach and Carson Hanus.
She is a long-time member of the Arbor Day Foundation, National Wildlife Federation, National Association of Realtors and the First Presbyterian Church in Toledo.
Her memberships now include the Tama County Board of Realtors and the Tama-Toledo Multiple Listing Service.
