They will be presented by Sandy Krough from Iowa Works -Iowa Valley. She promises to give individual attention “to help you with your computer and employment needs.”
The computer literacy topics include keyboard practice, using a mouse, creating an email account, creating a document in Microsoft Word and searching the internet.
Other topics suggested by those attending may be included.
The Digital Literacy session will be from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
The Re-Employment Workshop will run from 1-4 p.m.
It will include introduction to Iowa Works, ONET?Assessment for Career Exploration, eduction and training resources, filling out job applications, resume / cover letter / references and interview pre-relation.
