tamatoledonews.com - UTICA, NY - Most adults (63%) say they believe severe weather this Spring is because of weather cycles that occasionally produce severe conditions, while less than half as many (26%) say global climate change is the cause. Fewer, (6%) say the weather is "God is sending a message," a new IBOPE Zogby Interactive survey finds.
The IBOPE Zogby interactive poll of 2,376 U.S. adults was conducted from June 2-6.
Political ideology and party are the largest variable factors in responses. Citing global climate change are 66% of liberals and 52% of Democrats, while just 2% of both conservatives and Republicans say the same. Born-again Christians are the most likely subgroup to say that "God is sending a message."
