Toledo American Legion Auxiliary selects Amanda Husak for Girls State

TOLEDO CHRONICLE - Toledo American Legion Auxiliary Unit 72 named Amanda Husak as its representative for the 2011 American Legion Auxiliary Girls State conference.

Amanda Husak is the daughter of Lawrence and Sue Husak of rural Toledo.

She attends South Tama County High School and was selected to attend the annual 2011 Iowa American Legion Auxiliary Girls State Conference held June 19-24.

At STC Amanda is involved in soccer, cross country, choir, marching, concert and pep band. Along with large group and individual speech, Environmental Science club, TATU, cheerleading, student council, speech and drama council, 4-H, Pam’s School of Dance and St. Patrick Church youth group.
