TAMA NEWS-HERALD - Mid-Iowa Community Action, Inc. (MICA) is accepting applications for its Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Program (HPRP) in Tama County.

HPRP helps individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless by providing funds to pay rent, rental deposits, utility deposits and payments, temporary housing costs and moving expenses.
