The STC Trojan sophomore boys basketball team suffered a 65-29 loss at Norwalk. “We had a very difficult time with their size and how physical they were,” said coach Jim Hall. “They had two players 6’ 6” or better. One had 23 points. I believe he is a junior and see’s some varsity time. They took the two post players out and put a group on the floor that made six three-point baskets and we never adjusted to that. The score does not show it, but we had good effort.”
Brad Evans had nine points, three rebounds and two assists. Jose Fonseca had seven points, three rebounds, one steal and one block. Kaleb Davenport had six points, one steal and one assist. Taylor Johnson had five points, five rebounds and two assists. Austin Lowe had two points and five rebounds. Brady Ellenbecker had one steal. Jake Herriott had one rebound and one assist.
