Wieting Red Carpet Dinner-Dance ticket deadline is Wednesday

TOLEDO CHRONICLE - Tickets are now available for the “Red Carpet Dinner and Dance” to benefit the Wieting Theatre $1.1 million renovation project. The dealine to purchase ticekts is Wednesday, Feb. 2.

All proceeds from the event will be added to the fund. Money is still needed to pay for stage equipment for live performances.

This portion of the renovations is especially important for school productions according to the Renovation Committee.

Scehdule: 6 p.m.- Social hour; 7 p.m.- Dinner: Cashew lettuce salad, grilled beef tenderloin with a ppercorn sauce, twice baked potato, green bean bundles, homemade roll, Valentine delight; 8 p.m.- Dancing by Cat Trax.

•The Wieting Trivia Night has been rescheduled to Saturday, April 2.

The change was made due to double-booking of the Reinig-Toledo Civic Center.
