Two area players selected for INA All-State Teams

The Iowa Newspaper Association made their selections for their annual All-State Football Teams last Sunday at Des Moines. Nick Clancy, STC Trojans was a first team selection as a wide receiver and Stacy Youngbear, Meskwaki Warriors, was a third team selection wide receiver.

Clancy led Class 3A in regular season receiving with 1193 yards in receptions. He also had 248 return yards and 16 yards rushing. As a defensive back Clancy had 35 tackles; and two interceptions with 51 yards in returns.

Youngbear played wide receiver/quarterback. He had 606 yards of rushing and 901 yards receiving for 1507 total yards. He also passed for 930 yards and had 232 return yards. As a defensive back he had 106 tackles and one interception with a six-yard return
