Marketing your business to government agencies

Did you know the government is one of the largest consumers of goods and services? Several regional partners have come together to offer the final in a three-part series government procurement.

The workshop is sponsored by Poweshiek Iowa Development, Tama County Economic Development, Benton Development Group, Jasper County Economic Development Corporation, Marshalltown Economic Development Impact Committee, Newton Development Corporation, Iowa Connections, and the Iowa Innovation Gateway, part of the Iowa Association of Business & Industry. The workshops are instructed by David Bogaczyk, Procurement Manager at Iowa State University CIRAS Procurement Assistance Department.

The final workshop, “Marketing your Business to Government Agencies” is Thursday, September 16 at 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Reinig Toledo Civic Center, 1007 Prospect Drive in Toledo. The workshop will provide many helpful tips and suggestions to make your business stand out in your marketing efforts to government agencies.
