The Iowa Juvenile Home Foundation will use IAC grant funding to host two poetry workshops for youth led by Heather Roberts of Davenport and Dave Morice of Iowa City.

Mini Grants applicants may request up to $1,000 in funding, which they must match.

“Public support for these projects is an investment in the artists and organizations that keep Iowa alive with vitality and creativity,” said Mary Sundet Jones, Iowa Arts Council administrator. “This small investment of state dollars reaps rich rewards in terms of quality of life in our communities.”

Mini Grant applications are due the first business day of the month for a maximum of $1,000.
