Matthew Mark Huebner, 28, addresses of Traer and Readlyn, was found guilty following trial on a charge of public intoxication. He was fined $148.
Huebner was charged on May 10 at the Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Jennifer Joann Kinkade, 24, Traer, was found guilty of charges of allowing dogs to bark and causing a disturbance following trial. She was fined a total of $245. Kinkade was charged by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Traer.
