TOLEDO CHRONICLE - The local Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Girl Scout organizations are lending a hand with a community -wide collection of donations for the military.
Items being accepted are new or used music or game CD’s, DVD’s, paperbacks and magazines. Also being collected are personal care items for both men and women including: toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, disposal razors, shaving cream, feminine hygiene items and non-melting candy.
Collection boxes have been set up at the Toledo and Tama Libraries and Pamida.
If you have items to be picked up you can contact Cub Scout Pack 391 (Sarah Dostal 484-5265), Boy Scout Troop 391 (Matt Anderson 484-5068) or Girl Scouts (Kim Pansegrau at 484-2898). Your generous donations will be sent with deployments in May.
