Trevor Killian home from Iraq

TAMA NEWS-HERALD (SPECIAL) - Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Trevor J. Killian, Tama, has returned to the U.S. after being deployed overseas at a forward operating base in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Operation Iraqi Freedom is the official name given to military operations involving members of the U.S. armed forces and coalition forces participating in efforts to free and secure Iraq.

Killian, a platoon sergeant, is a member of the 339th Military Police Company, based in Davenport, Iowa. The sergeant has 15 years of military service.

The sergeant is a 1994 graduate of Guttenberg High School, Iowa.
