CENTRAL IOWA PRESS -On Dec. 4, the Dysart Police Department with assistance from the Tama County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 719 Crisman St. in Dysart.

William Phelps, Shelly Stearns and Jesse Lathrop were charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited acts and neglect of a dependent person. Lathrop and Sterns were arrested and transported to the Tama County Jail in Toledo where they were later placed on pre-trial release following court appearances.

Phelps was cited to court.

On Dec. 11, Dysart Police Department with the assistance from the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa State Patrol executed a search warrant at 1205 Wilson St. in Dysart.

Wesley Ewoldt and Lucas Graveman were charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and prohibited acts. Wesley Ewoldt and Lucas Graveman were arrested and transported to the Tama County Jail in Toledo. They were released following initial appearances on personal recognizance bonds.
