October 31

2:24 a.m. - Alfonso Munoz Jr, 30, Toledo, arrested by Toledo Police on two warrants and the charges of criminal trespassing and criminal mischief-4th/5th. Sentenced to ten days, served time.

8:28 p.m. - Delaine Rose Jefferson, 26, Toledo, arrested by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released Nov. 1 at 10:15 a.m. on a pre-trial release.



November 1

8:25 a.m. - Toledo Police arrested a 17 year old female juvenile at the Iowa Juvenile Home on the charges of assault-po/jailer/health care and criminal trespassing.

2:36 p.m. - Blaine Avery Erickson, 44, Omaha, Neb., arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violation of the terms of probation. Released Nov. 5 at 2 p.m. on a personal recognizance bond.



November 2

2:37 p.m. - Vincent Lopez Duncan, 64, Tama, arrested by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of sexual abuse-2nd degree. Held on $100,000 cash bond.

4:00 p.m. - Jose Manuel Alvarez, 21, Toledo, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a Wright County warrant. Released to Wright County.



November 3

8:00 a.m. - Jeffery Lynn Ross, 40, Clear Lake, charged and cited to court on the charge of theft in the 4th degree.

1:10 p.m. - Brittani Nicole West, 23, Toledo, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Toledo Police on a warrant and the charge of domestic abuse assault with intent. Released Nov. 4 at 10:30 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

3:05 p.m. - Erin Lea Ackerman, 34, Tama, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released Nov. 4 at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.



November 4

7:00 a.m. - Julie Ann Skala, 45, Toledo, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license revoked. Released at 10:40 a.m. on personal reconizance bond.

12:00 p.m. - Vincent Lopez Duncan, 64, Tama, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release. Held on $10,000 cash bond.
