October 12

8:33 p.m. - Juan Antonio Pecina, 39, Tama, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving, first offense. Held on bond and Immigration & Custom Enforcement (ICE) detainer.

10:00 p.m. - Vincent Paul Cronbaugh, 39, Marshalltown, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Oct. 17 at 4:20 p.m. after time served.

11:29 p.m. - Tiatwas Jawara Waites, 19, Urbandale, arrested in Toledo by Toledo Police on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released Oct. 13 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.



October 13

9:35 P.M. - Dustin Jerome Jefferson, 34, Tama, arrested by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charges of drunken driving, second offense, interference with official acts and driving while license suspended. Released Oct. 14 at 11:20 a.m. on a pre-trial release.

9:38 p.m. - Heidi Marie Zuck, 24, Dysart, arrested by Dysart Police on the charge of driving while license suspended. Released Oct. 14 at 12:10 a.m. on a surety bond.



October 14

1:45 a.m. - Macario Alonzo Reyes, 35, Ft. Pierce, FL, arrested by Tama Police on the charge of public intoxication/consumption. Released Oct. 16 at 7:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:28 p.m. - Vincent Paul Cronbaugh, 39, Marshalltown, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a buena Vista County warrant. Released to Buena Vista County.

4:42 p.m. - Gordan Lasley Jr., 21, Toledo, arrested by Tama Police on the charges of domestic abuse assault-simple and criminal trespassing. Released Oct. 15 at 10:15 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.



October 15

6:16 p.m. - Jeremy Carl Murray, 33, Dysart, arrested by Dysart Police on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Oct. 16 at 11:35 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.



October 16

12:35 a.m. - Amanda Jo Sears, 21, Dysart, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of drunken driving-first offense and open container. Released at 10:40 a.m. on a pre-trial release.

8:15 p.m. - Gary Elmer Bern, 59, Garwin, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of drunken driving-first offense. Released Oct. 17 at 10:20 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.



October 17

8:57 p.m. - Elaine D Youngbear, 18, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on a warrant for failure to appear. Released at 9:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.

10:34 p.m. - Frank Steven Turner III, 38, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Released Oct. 18 at 2:30 a.m. on a surety bond.

10:34 p.m. - Melinda Ann Platt, 25, Chelsea/Cedar Rapids, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Released Oct. 18 at 12:35 p.m. on a pre-trial release.

10:34 p.m. - Damien Matthew Williams, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Released Oct. 18 at 11:40 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

10:36 p.m. - Michael Jeffery Joel Beck, 22, Belle Plaine, arrested at Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant and the charge of burglary-first degree. Held on bond.

11:20 p.m. - Anthony Jon Chan-Vance, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Released Oct. 18 at 11:45 a.m. on a pre-trial release.

11:34 p.m. - James Nelson Gray, 32, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police onthe charge of possession of a controlled substance. Released Oct. 18 at 11:40 a.m. on a pre-trial.

11:34 p.m. - Ekem Russell Evans, 32, Marion, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Released Oct. 18 at 2:50 a.m. on a surety bond.



October 18

2:36 a.m. - Ira D Wanatee, 35, Montour, arrested in Tama by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of public intoxication/consumption. Released at 4:24 p.m. after pleading guilty.



October 19

1:58 a.m. - Ricky Keahna Jr, 23, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on a warrant for violation of the terms of probation. Held on bond.

11:30 a.m. - Scott Douglas Steuhm Jr, 18, Tama, arrested in Tama by Tama Police on a warrant and the charge of assault without intent. Released at 1:10 p.m. after posting bond with the clerk.
