The Tama-Toledo Area Chamber of Commerce will again sponsor the “T-n-T Holiday Explosion”. A very popular activity in 2008 was the home lighting competition so that tradition will continue this year with prizes awarded for first, second and third place.

Participants just need to register their home at one of the following locations by Nov. 25.

Total Touch Connections - Tama, Doyle’s Family Pharmacy or Pamida, Toledo. Registrations can also be mailed to: Carolyn Dolezal, Tama-Toledo Chamber Office, 103 North Church St. Toledo, IA 52342

All participating homes must be decorated by Dec. 4. Voting will begin on that day (Dec. 4) and end on Dec. 14.

Voting ballots can be returned to the pickup locations or mailed to the Chamber office.

Winners will be announced the week of Christmas.

Watch the newspapers and listen to KZAT 95.5FM for a complete list of all the activities planned for this year’s “T-n-T Holiday Explosion” planned for Dec. 6. Some of the events include a pancake breakfast, a visit from Santa Claus, arts and crafts, lighted parade, chili supper and prize giveaways.
