Sept. 24

5:15 p.m. - Benjamin James Benda, 36, arrested at Polk County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant and the charge of violation of a no contact/protective order. Released Sept. 25 at 3:05 p.m. on an unsecured bond.

6:40 p.m. - Joshua Eugene Schoenhut, 26, Montour, arrested at 200 block Elm St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Released Sept. 25 at 10:20 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

1:30 p.m. - Keith Allen Smith Jr., 44, Malcom, arrested at Sheriff’s Office by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Sept. 26 at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:22 p.m. - Enrique Victor-Castellanos, 37, Marshalltown, arrested at Meskwai Casino by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of driving while barred and interference with offical acts. Released Sept. 26 at 10:50 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.

9:00 a.m. - Andrea Marie Corona, 26, Marshalltown, arrested at Marshalltown by Toledo Police on a warrant for failure to appear. Released at 10:55 a.m. on an unsecured bond.



Sept. 27

2:40 a.m. - Christian Sidney Apple, 32, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault with intent. Released at 11:40 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond.



Sept. 28

2:31 p.m. - Wesley Lee Kriegel, 50, Toledo, arrested at 500 block S. Elm St. by Toledo Police on a Missouri warrant. Released to Missouri.

4:00 p.m. - Jason Troy Harriman, 35, Traer, arrested at 1800 block QQ Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of attempted murder, willful injury, possession of weapons by a felon and burglary-1st degree with a weapon. Released Sept. 29 at 3:40 p.m. on a surety bond.

6:51 p.m. - Colby Alan Kelley, 21, Tama, arrested at 200 block Beautiful St. by Tama Police on a warrant for violation of the terms of probation. Released Oct. 1 at 2:10 p.m. on a pre-trial release.
