Sept. 22

6:30 p.m. - Desirae Ann Neelans, 20, Waterloo, arrested at Black Hawk County by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of theft in the 3rd degree. Released Sept. 23 at 12:05 on a personal recognizance bond.

6:41 p.m. - Tracy Lee Lopez, 44, Toledo, arrested at Fareway by Toledo Police on a warrant and the charge of theft in the 2nd degree. Released Sept. 23 at 11:30 a.m. on a pre-trial release.



Sept. 23

2:16 p.m. - Kyle Alan Neelans, 19, Waterloo, arrested t 2100 block Weis Court by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of theft int he 3rd degree. Released on a personal recognizance bond.



Sept. 24

3:42 p.m. - Michael Joe McCullough, 39, Waterloo, arrested at Hwy 63/E29 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of driving while license suspended, open container, violation of financial responsibility and operating without registration. Released Sept. 25 at 3:05 p.m. after pleading guilty.
