Sept. 15 4:26 p.m. - Jodi Marie Thompson, 38, Toledo, arrested at Hwy 30/Iowa River Bridge on a Black Hawk County warrant. Released at 5:20 p.m. after posting a cash bond. 9:42 p.m. - Jennifer Lee Bowers, 29, Dysart, arrested at 600 block Main St. by Dysart Police on the charge of child endangerment. Released at 11:20 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond. Sept. 16 3:11 p.m. - Xavier Bobby Oscar, 32, arrested at 400 block Northwood Dr. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of public intoxication-consumption. Released Sept. 17 at 10:50 a.m. after pleading guilty. 6:00 p.m. - Salvador Buenrrostro-Fonseca, 38, Tama, arrested at R Ave/Hwy E66 by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving without a license. Released Sept. 17 at 10:45 a.m. after pleading guilty. 10:00 p.m. - Rafael Castillo-Vargas, 37, Marshalltown, arrested at Hwy 63/PP Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving without a license and violation of financial responsibility. Released Sept. 21 at 8:40 a.m. after pleading guilty. Sept. 18 1:12 a.m. - Victor Manuel Jauregui, 23, Des Moines, arrested by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for failure to appear. Bonded. 1:26 p.m. - Ward Herold Wehrman, 42, Toledo/Tama, arrested 1000 block Prospect Dr. by Toledo Police on two charges of violation of conditions of a pre-trial release, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance-serious misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Held on bond. 4:00 p.m. - Ward Herold Wehrman, 42, Toledo/Tama, arrested at Tama County Jail by Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on two counts of criminal mischief-4th/5th degree. Held on bond. 5:05 p.m. - Phyllis Ann Morrow, 54, Toledo, arrested at 1000 block Prospect Dr. by Toledo Police on two charges of violation of conditions of a pre-trial release, possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance-serious misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Held on bond. 7:53 p.m. - James Donovan Ward Jr., 35, Tama, arrested at Casey’s by Toledo Police for driving while license revoked. Released Spet. 19 at 10:55 a.m. on a personal recognizance bond. 7:55 p.m. - Issaiah Thomas Roberts, 30, Montour, arrested at Casey’s by Toledo Police on a Marshall County warrant for violation of the terms of probation. Released to Marshall County. 8:15 p.m. - Melanie Rae Bullard, 33, Tama, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police ont he charge of public intoxication-consumption. Sept. 19 9:55 p.m. - Maurice Wayne Wabaunasee, 52, Tama, arrested at 400 block Meskwaki Rd. by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of harassment-2nd. Released Sept. 30 at 2:00 p.m. by order of the court. Sept. 20 5:55 p.m. - Joshua Eugene Schoenhut, 26, Montour, arrested at 300 block S. Division St. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on two warrants and the charge of domestic abuse assault with injury. Released Sept. 22 at 3:10 p.m. on a surety bond. Sept. 21 1:30 a.m. - Thomas Edwin Wilson, 28, Elberon, arrested at 1st Ave. by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of possession of a controlled substance-serious misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Released at 4:35 p.m. on a surety bond. 4:42 p.m. - Jeremy Carl Murray, 33, Dysart, arrested at Hwy 21/8 South by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of driving while barred. Released at 9:30 p.m. on a surety bond. Sept. 22 4:21 p.m. - Luke David Sears, 24, Eldora, arrested at Meskwaki Casino by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police on the charge of domestic abuse assault-simple. Released Sept. 23 at 11:30 a.m. on an unsecured bond. 6:30 p.m. - Desirae Ann Neelans, 20, Waterloo, arrested at Black Hawk County by Tama County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of theft in the 3rd degree. Released Sept. 23 at 12:05 on a personal recognizance bond. 6:41 p.m. - Tracy Lee Lopez, 44, Toledo, arrested at Fareway by Toledo Police on a warrant and the charge of theft in the 2nd degree.
