Toledo girl donates to “Locks of Love” for the third time

TOLEDO CHRONICLE - Caitlin Svacina got her hair cut recently for Locks of Love for the third time. She plans to grow it out and do it all over again. Caitlin says it's a small part she can do for those children less fortunate than herself. "It's only hair, it'll grow back" she says.
